Temikka, a 24 year old 2nd generation butcher works at her family Butcher shop in Queenscliff (Bellarine Country Butchers) alongside her Mum, Nicole, Father, Andrew, Sister Molly & brother Sam.

Having grown up in butcher shops creating not only fresh meat products but smoking traditional smallgoods with her dad & his old family recipes, Temikka now makes various smallgoods such as Cabanossi, Strasberg, Ham, Kransky & Chicken which are all used in Prickly Platters grazing boxes & tables.

Temikka has great appreciation for premium quality food & aims to use Prickly platters as a way to share this love & passion with the greater community.
